Foot & ankle arthritis
Arthritis that limits your daily walking can be wearing. Mr Kunasingam always starts with the gentlest option that is likely to work, and where surgery is needed, uses minimally invasive keyhole approaches wherever possible.
What happens
Non-operative first
Occasionally injections, and orthoses / modified footwear, can be advised after a proper initial assessment and imaging as required — so your treatment can be safely based on a clear diagnosis.
Arthritis surgery
Where arthritis is established, minimally invasive keyhole debridement, joint-preserving procedures (realignment) or fusion are used according to the joint involved and your goals.
Flat foot reconstruction
Tendon repair with corrective osteotomy restores the arch, keeping joints mobile wherever possible.
